Becky is Spark's Administrative Coordinator and brings over 15 years of experience supporting senior leadership and managing projects across technology, healthcare, financial services, and global education organizations. As Spark continues to grow and expand, Becky will be working with the techs and leadership to help keep the ship on course - assisting with orders, shipping, ticket management, marketing initiatives, customer communications, as well as supporting HR and Finance. Known for her calm, thoughtful approach, and strong attention to detail, Becky excels at wearing multiple hats - managing complex operations, coordinating projects, and serving as a trusted partner to executives and teams alike. She brings a people-first mindset to her work that aligns well with Spark's customer-centric mission, and is valued for her discretion, reliability, and ability to anticipate needs — helping leadership stay focused on what matters most.
When not managing details behind the Spark scenes, Becky enjoys reading, snuggling her cat Lola, hiking, camping, softball, the beach, and spending time with her husband and 2 young sons.
