Eric joined Spark Technologies in 2018, bringing more than a decade of experience in the financial and healthcare industries. As IT Manager, he leads Spark’s support team, ensuring technical challenges are resolved quickly and efficiently. He also serves as Spark’s New Client Onboarding Specialist, guiding incoming partners through a seamless transition and
setting them up for long-term success. Eric takes pride in making complex technology accessible, approachable, and stress-free for every user he works with.
Eric earned his bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State University, where he studied economics and computer science. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hitting the golf course, hiking, and playing guitar.
