RJ Rondeau is a Help Desk Technician who shines at providing great customer service. RJ has vast knowledge of computers and the software that makes them tick. RJ understands that even the smallest of problems can seem like an un-climbable mountain when you don’t have the correct tools or technical know how to solve them, and he provides considerate assistance with kindness.
RJ has supported customers with Spark for a year. Each day, RJ is learning and working toward becoming a better technician for our customers. He is supported by the amazing team here at Spark with a vast knowledge base and a collaborative environment.
When RJ is not working toward refining his skills as a technician, he is upgrading his computer setup to play games and create fun content for his social medias. All of this while fending off two adorable cats who love to lay across his keyboard and jump at the computer mouse on his monitor.
