Trey McMillen is an experienced IT support technician who provides excellent technical support by diagnosing both hardware and software problems. Trey knows how to best assist clients with his terrific troubleshooting and superb interpersonal skills to aid with computer issues in a time-sensitive manner. Trey brings attention to detail as well as a dedication to exceptional customer experience and possesses a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
Trey has a Bachelor’s Degree from Becker College in forensic science where he was a captain on the NCAA D3 hockey team. He was recently engaged to his college sweetheart Amanda and plan to be married in the coming year. Trey and his fiancé currently reside in Lakeville, MA. Trey will have been with Spark Technologies for 2 years this October.
When Trey is not providing top notch support to customers, Trey can be found playing hockey or somewhere on the golf course. Outside of work, Trey enjoys cooking and exercising as well as listening to music.
